AIShealth.com reports that Barry Stokes, the leader of consumerdrivenguy.com and former president of Dickson, TN-based 1Point Solutions, has been an inmate at the Correctional Development Center for Males in metropolitan Nashville since October 2006, and was awaiting trial (March 2007) on federal charges that he embezzled millions of dollars from HSAs, flexible spending accounts and 401(k) retirement plans.
