These links are provided by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the organization of insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. territories. The NAIC site also has a company search feature (under Consumer Information, from the Home page) that allows you to obtain financial information, and complaint information on the exchange, HMOs and other health insurance providers

Minnesota HMO and Health Insurance Plan Ratings

Quality (HEDIS scores) for HMOs show various quality ratings for 2015, but the reports are barely readable and not user friendly. (See NCQA instead). Financial data also linked. Oregon Health Insurance Plan Financial Comparisons 2011

State of Oregon report on its 7 largest health insurers: Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Kaiser, Providence, PacificSource, Health Net, LifeWise and ODS Health Plan. Shows member level, total and average premium per month, medical loss ratio, profits. Average rate increase in 2011 was 9.05% (individual market) and 6.63% (small group market).
