This article, by Okike, Peter-Gibb et al, published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research, Dec. 13, 2016, concludes: no correlation between patients' online rating and risk-adjusted mortality rates. Patients' ratings of their health care are not associated with technical quality of care

This article, by Chang, Shekelle et al, published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, May 2, 2006, concludes: Assessments of quality of care should include both patient evaluations and independent assessments of technical quality. Inpatient conditions like stroke, hip, knee or ankle surgery, GI problems, psych admission, heart problems also show average Medicare charges. Compare quality of Emergency transfers from critical access hospitals in rural areas. Oregon's hospital association (OAHHS) provides almost the same information here as reported for the national HospitalCompare website, but the site is easier to use, since it shows the data all at once across the state.
