Results from over 30,000 in-person interviews during 2007 about people's use of alternative medicine such as acupuncture, deep breathing & meditation, chiropractic, massage, yoga, echinacea, fish oil, glucosamine, homeopathic treatment, naturopathy and more. About 38% of adults overall used some form of CAM (50% for American Indian/ Alaska Native). Over 17% of US adults used CAM for a back pain problem. Shows growth from 2002.
