Find and compare performance levels of nearly 1400 federally qualified community health centers (FQHCs) in each state. Together, they served nearly 29 million patients in 2021. Ratings on clinical measures include diabetes, hypertension, prenatal care, low birth weight, asthma, childhood immunizations, depression screening, weight management, dental sealants, cervical cancer screening and more. They receive federal money to lower the price to low income patients. They are locally owned and managed. Services include primary medical care, dentist services, and mental health care.
