FASTATS shows statistics on alcohol use from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) at the CDC. Shows mortality (deaths) from alcohol-related causes. Over 49,000 deaths in 2020 were attributed to alcohol-induced causes – up by 10,000 over the prior year.
