healthfinder® is an award-winning free guide to reliable consumer health information, sponsored by the National Health Information Center. Select Health Topics. This site links to carefully selected information and Web sites from health-related government agencies, not-for-profit organizations and universities. It is ad-free and has both English and Spanish content. Healthfinder.gov won the 2013 ClearMark Award External for best plain language Public Sector website and has been selected as one of the Medical Library Association’s Top Health Websites. Service was developed by the Department of Health and Human Services and other federal agencies. It is offered through the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP).
