Magnet Recognition Program® was developed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association, to recognize hospitals and heath care organizations that provide nursing excellence. As of April 2022, there were 580 US Magnet hospitals or international: Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Taiwan, Japan, England/UK, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
