CNA Abuse List. In North Dakota publishes a list of CNAs (nursing assistants) that may pose a caregiving threat to you or your loved ones. You can check to see if a certified nurse aide has been on the validated abuse list in the last 25+ years in ND. Six types of abuse are listed: mental, neglect, physical, sexual, theft and verbal abuse. State government list, updated in 2022. As of late November 2022, only a handful of CNAs have been added to the list since 2018.
