See 2020 Trust Index by ReviveHealth, for overall trust levels by hospitals and health systems who contract with major health insurance plans. Trust Index Reports evaluate reliability, honesty and fairness. All six health plans dropped in 2020. The ones that fared the best were Humana (who actually improved in some scores), Cigna and Aetna.  See the scores also for BCBS (BlueCross BlueShield), Anthem, and United HealthCare.
