Find nursing homes with 5 star Overall ratings (scale 1 to 5) plus ratings for satisfaction, staffing, inspections, quality and more. There were 16 top-rated 5-star homes as of the October 6, 2022 update. Of those 16, nearly all scored well on quality measures (at least 3 stars), and had good ratings from both residents and families. However, only two 5-star facilities had a flu vaccination rate of at least 90% for their healthcare workers. Twelve (12) nursing homes received the lowest possible 1-star ratings. Listed by county.
