Kaiser Family Foundation shows the number uninsured (nonelderly, ages 0 to 64) by state, in 2019. Ten states make up 60% (over 17 million) of the US uninsured under 65: Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Illinois, Arizona, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
