Free online toolkit for board of directors. An extensive set of links to online resources on Board topics such as Board orientation, Board evaluation, Board Roles, Ethics, Term Limits, Relationship with the CEO, Recruiting New Board Members, Fundraising and more. There are about 150 topics in the Library. Unfortunately, the resources on Board Diversity and Women on Boards are particularly dated. That’s in part due to the library being based on a book that was published in 2008.  Administration of the Library is done by personnel of Authenticity Consulting, a private consulting business based in Minneapolis, MN.
