Find patient experience ratings with 351 clinics in 35 Washington counties. The primary care clinics represent 114 different primary care medical groups. Patients rated getting timely appointments, communications with their doctors and other providers, coordinating patient care, office staff, overall rating and more. Survey done in Fall 2017, with a solid 26% response rate. FQHC patient ratings are included. Medical Group ratings are grouped as Better, Average or Worse. Clinic-specific ratings start on page 14.
