Low Cost Affordable Dental Care Editor's Pick

Low Cost, affordable dental care is available in about 1400 health centers in the US. Health centers deliver primary healthcare at some 13,000 sites, many of which offer dental services. For patients who earn low wages, or none, only a small fee can be charged. Search for a low cost Dental clinic (or mobile location) near you in this map of health centers federally-funded by HRSA. Unfortunately, the filter currently only applies to telehealth. So consumers will have to wade through a longer list to find which locations have dentists. HRSA.gov website covers all states.

Find an affordable clinic for primary care, mental health or a dentist. List from HRSA shows federally funded community health centers that provide primary medical care, pregnancy care, physician office visits, immunizations, dental care, mental health and other services, regardless of ability to pay. Search by state, county or zip code. Every state appears to have special clinics for those without insurance. Federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) have sliding fee scales for people up to 200% of poverty level. Perhaps one of the best healthcare programs in the United States, and not that many people know about it. HRSA is the Health Resources and Services Administration.
