EU Hospitals 2018: Best Healthcare in Europe for Consumers

Where are the best EU hospitals and healthcare for consumers in Europe? Health Consumer Powerhouse (Brussels) names Switzerland as the new winner in its 2018 Euro Health Consumer Index.
